Casita is the sister restaurant to Taisho Japanese Restaurant & Bar and BLVD Steak, both of which are our neighbors on Ventura Boulevard.

Christian is the founder of BLVD Steak, Taisho and Casita - all located on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks. He's a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, having opened and managed trendsetting restaurants and bars across the country, including Katana and Sushi Roku. He has held virtually every restaurant position, from server to executive, which ensures any customer touchpoint at all his restaurants creates a stellar experience.
When not at work, you can find Christian at home with his wife and three kids.

Born and raised in NY, Paul has called Los Angeles home for the past 20 years. Before opening Casita, Taisho and BLVD Steak, he managed various hospitality mainstays, including BOA Steakhouse and W Hotels. His 25-year experience and relentless passion for hospitality are a foundation for our company culture.
